Chattabox Events Terms and Conditions

 

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all events hosted, organized, or managed by Chattabox. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Chattabox T Shirt Mas

  • Chattabox J’Ouvert

  • By Chattabox events

  • Chroma

  • Any other event produced under the Chattabox brand.

 

2. No Refunds Policy

  • All ticket sales and package purchases are final.

  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Credit vouchers may be given only when Chattabox sees fit.

 

3. Package Collection and Abandonment

  • You must collect your event packages by the announced deadline.

  • Uncollected packages after the deadline are considered abandoned.

  • Abandoned packages cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • This refund restriction stands even if Chattabox resells your package.

 

4. Event Cancellation by Chattabox

  • If Chattabox cancels an event, ticket holders will get a full credit refund.

  • Credit-only refunds apply only if Chattabox causes the cancellation.

  • Cancellations caused by Force Majeure are not eligible for this credit.

  • You must return physical packages to receive your credit refund.

 

5. Force Majeure

  • Chattabox is not liable for failed or delayed events caused by things outside its control.

  • These external events are called "Force Majeure Events."

  • Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:Acts of God: Natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or fires. Civil Unrest: War, threats of war, terrorism, civil commotion, or riots. Government Control: Official actions, regulations, or restrictions. Health Crises: Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies. Labor Disputes: Strikes, lockouts, or industrial actions. System Failures: Breakdown of transportation or communication networks. Other Issues: Any other circumstance beyond the control of Chattabox.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Chattabox is not liable for any damages caused by Force Majeure events.

  • Chattabox is not liable for damages from cancellations outside its direct control.

  • Chattabox is not liable for physical injury resulting from attending any event.

  • Chattabox is not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental damages from attending any event.

By purchasing a ticket or package for any Chattabox event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

No Refunds and Package Abandonment Policy

  • All Sales Final: All ticket sales and package purchases for any Chattabox event (including T Shirt Mas, J’Couvert, By Chattabox events, Chroma, and all other Chattabox events) are strictly final.

  • No Cash Refunds: No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Credit vouchers may be issued solely at the discretion of Chattabox.

  • Package Collection Deadline: You must collect your event packages by the officially announced deadline.

  • Abandoned Packages: Any package not collected by the deadline will be considered completely abandoned.

  • No Refunds for Abandoned Items: Abandoned packages are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies even if Chattabox chooses to resell the abandoned package.
